    I never received the buckles. When I call to ask about then they didn't  seem to care I ordered new ones at full cost they did discount the $2 shipping. So we will wait another 5 days for these buckles to get here

    I had to wait over 6 months for the part to be in stock. Was not able to use carseat because I couldn't get it to buckle.

    I have waited SEVEN months for this item to come back in stock.  I called 3 times in March and was told they would be in stock by the end of June. I checked the site weekly hoping they would come in early. Wrong.  They were not back in stock until SEPTEMBER.  Considering this is a VITAL piece of the seat, not an extraneous non-vital part like strap covers, I am APPALLED at waiting that length of time.  Additionally, as a CPST, it makes it very hard to recommend a company that can't be bothered to have a vital seat component available for more than half a year.  Very disappointing.
