All in One Hood Mirror ONLY. It doesn't come with the Hood that is circle in the picture! Combi doesn't even accept returns!

Customer service is horrible! June 28, 2015

I purchased this combi walker when I put together the toy bar was broken and mirror had a piece missing! I called and they did nothing but say I have to pay $20 for the items that came from the box broken!!! I spent around $100 just for the item! Never again will I purchase! I have been fighting with them for the past 2 weeks! And I'm glad I'm not the only one this happened too!

All in One Hood Discolored June 17, 2014

I opened the package it was very noticeable that it was discolored with white splotches as if it had been banged up but the box it came in was fine. I don't understand how they could have passed this through their quality control check. I had called them right after it was open. I was directed to the customer service department and was told that the person in charge for my that will handle my situation is in a meeting. So after I had done explained in details about my frustration of my purchases made. The person who took my call wrote down my number and said that I should be getting new replacement sent to me and a shipping box to return the damage one. But the person in charge will contact me back. It's been several weeks passed by and no calls returned and no replacement mailed to me. This is a very poor customer service. I use to work in Customer Relations Department in t before and this is not acceptable.
