How long will it be until my order ships?

Do you ship internationally?
Combi products are designed specifically for the U.S. market, so we are not currently able to ship internationally. We also are unfortunately not able to ship to APO or FPO addresses at this time.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Combi accepts Visa and Mastercard.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Orders shipped via USPS are not able to be tracked.

Where will my order ship from?
All orders ship from our corporate warehouse in Charlotte, North Carolina.

What is Combi's return policy?
Combi will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase and will offer a credit for the original purchase price. Any shipping charges are not refundable. Please note that we will NOT accept returns on parts, clearance or discontinued items. Merchandise cannot be used or worn. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to Combi. Customer assumes the risk of lost or damaged product while in transit to Combi. All parts and materials, including the instruction manual and registration card must be returned to receive a full refund. Upon the item's arrival in our warehouse, the item will be inspected for its contents. We reserve the right to refuse any return and deny any credit.

You MUST call 1-800-992-6624 to obtain a Return Authorization. Combi will only receive returns that have a valid Return Authorization Number. Without this authorization, we will not accept any return merchandise. Once you obtain this authorization, pack and label the carton with the Return Authorization Number plainly visible on the outside of the package. Please use original packaging, if possible, and send to:

Stroller Return Policy: In addition to the policy above, strollers must be tested on a carpet or clean surface in order to receive a refund. Strollers that have been used outdoors will not be accepted because we can no longer sell them as new. If your stroller is defective upon receipt, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase amount.

This policy does not include items purchased from retailers. We will NOT accept returns from other retailers.


Does Combi have a warranty?
Yes. Combi offers a limited 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, under normal use and in compliance with operating instructions. Click here to view additional information about the warranty.

When does my Combi car seat expire?
As stated in the instruction manuals, all Combi car seats expire 7 years from the date of manufacture. You can find the date of manufacture on a white label located on the bottom of the car seat.

My car seat is expired. What should I do with it now?
We recommend that expired car seats be discarded. Combi does not currently offer a recycling program, but you may want to contact a local recycling facility to see if your car seat can be recycled. However, we do know that most recycling facilities are not able to properly recycle car seats. When you discard a car seat, be sure to cut off all of the webbing, cut the cover, remove or black out the serial number and manufacture date and write "Trash- Do Not Use" on the car seat shell. If you do not want to throw the car seat away, you could contact your local Safe Kids organization to donate your car seat for training technicians on installation.

How can I ensure that my car seat is installed properly?
Visit safercar.gov to find a Child Car Seat Inspection Station near you. A certified Child Passenger Safety Technician will work with you free of charge and will educate you on proper installation and harnessing.

How do I purchase replacement parts for my Combi product?
Replacement parts are available solely through Combi Customer Service and here on our website. If you're not able to find the part you need on the site, give us a call at 1-800-992-6624 or email us at customerservice@combiusa.com. Please have your model number, serial or lot number, and date of manufacture available.

Where can I find an instruction manual for my Combi product?
Most instruction manuals are linked in the "Instruction Manuals" page located in the footer of the Combi homepage. If you cannot find the manual for the item you are looking for, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-992-6624 or customerservice@combiusa.com. Please have the model number of the product available.

Can I use an inflatable seat belt to install my Combi car seat?
Combi USA prohibits the use of inflatable seat belts to install Combi child restraint systems, including all Combi brand infant seats, convertible seats and booster seats that are secured and/or used in motor vehicles and aircraft.

If a seating position that has an inflatable seat belt in a passenger vehicle has a manufacturer-designated LATCH system, Combi infant and convertible child restraints may be installed using only the LATCH system by carefully following the Combi instruction manual. Buckling the inflatable seat belt behind the seat, through the belt path or in front of the seat is not permitted.
Combi booster seats cannot be used in seating positions with inflatable seat belts.
Combi USA continues to evaluate the information provided by automobile, seat belt and airbag manufacturers and will revise requirements, recommendations and position statements as new data becomes available.

Do you use flame retardants in your products?
Parents can rest assured that all Combi products comply with all current state and federal regulations. The chemical standards for the US are continually evolving, and as they are updated, we will modify our products to ensure compliance.

The Federal Motor vehicle Safety Standard, FMVSS 302, establishes a flame retardant requirement for car seats, which is intended to prevent harm to occupants in the event of vehicle fires.

Combi requires all of its suppliers to eliminate certain chemical flame retardants containing bromine, chlorine or other halogens, from all components used in car seats— while still ensuring their ability to pass federal government standards for flammability. Effective in 2014, strollers, mobile entertainers, high chairs and bouncers have been excluded from the flammability requirement. Combi is diligently working closely with our suppliers to eliminate chemical flame retardants from these products. Combi is committed to working with our suppliers to ensure continued chemical compliance specifications and to informing consumers of our progress.

We are working to remove certain chemical from our products, until we have a reasonable alternative, we will follow the regulations and mark the products with the appropriate warnings for that state.
